What is it?

Child abuse is when a person inflicts the following on someone under age 18:

„-A physical injury inflicted by other than accidental means

„-Sexual abuse of a child, including both sexual assault & exploitation

„-Willful harming or injuring of a child, including unjustifiable physical pain or mental suffering.

Willful infliction of cruel or inhuman corporal punishment or injury resulting in a traumatic condition.

-Neglect
