What is sexual assault?

„Sodomy, oral copulation, sexual penetration, and sexual touching against a person’s will by means of force, violence, duress, menace, fear of immediate and unlawful bodily injury on the victim or another person.

What are the stats?

1 out of every 6 women has been the victim of an attempted or completed rape in her lifetime. 

1 in 33 men have experienced an attempted or completed rape in their lifetime.
