My name is Carmen Flores and I was the first Community Fellow at the Contra Costa Family Justice Center. Throughout two years at the Family Justice Center, I gained professional skills that I apply at my current job. I presently work as Administrative Assistant for Social Services at the West Contra Costa Youth Service Bureau in Richmond, CA.

I graduated in June 2012 from Richmond High and I am currently attending Contra Costa College. I am majoring in Psychology.

I feel passionate about giving back to my community and helping people. I love to explore new places on my free time. I am a young adult that has gone through struggles in life that helped me grow as a person and change the ways I think about the world.
