What is it?
Child abuse is when a person inflicts the following on someone under age 18:
-A physical injury inflicted by other than accidental means
-Sexual abuse of a child, including both sexual assault & exploitation
-Willful harming or injuring of a child, including unjustifiable physical pain or mental suffering.
Willful infliction of cruel or inhuman corporal punishment or injury resulting in a traumatic condition.
-Neglect
